Mod was not working on low PC, I asked author of this mod about making this mod for low PC 1 week ago, he wasn't replied me, so i've decided to convert this by myself...
I JUST CONVERTED THIS MOD FOR LOW PC, ALL CREDIT GOES TO EDUARDO.
